When should I expect to receive my order?
Domestic orders: Allow 7-14 business days for standard delivery.
International orders: Allow 14-28 business days for standard delivery.
How do I know that my order went through?
You will receive email confirmation from CTP at the address you provided in your account information. Be sure to add the email customer.service@creativeteaching.com to your contacts list to help prevent CTP emails from getting caught in SPAM filters.
I placed an order online, but I want to cancel it. How can I do that?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it. Call Customer Service at 800-287-8879 or +1-714-895-5047, Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PT, or email customer.service@creativeteaching.com.
An item I ordered is on back order. When will I receive it?
Your backorder(s) will ship as soon as we have the product in stock, usually within 7-14 days of the expected due date listed on the product page. Please Note: On international orders, back ordered items may be canceled. You will only be charged for the items shipped.
I want to place an international order, but my country isn't listed. What should I do?You can either mail or fax in your order. You can also call us at +1-714-895-5047 to place an order,

What are my shipping charges?*
CTP's domestic and international shipping and handling rates are based on the total weight of the shipment (including packaging materials). You will see your order's shipping total before submitting the order for processing.

Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
If your order is returned to CTP due to a school or building closure, you may be assessed additional shipping charges.
*A Note About Customs: Your country's Customs Department may apply additional customs charges, duties, and other fees for importation into your country. These charges are not created by or paid to Creative Teaching Press and are the sole responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued for customers refusing delivery on orders due to customs charges. If you do not want to be responsible for these charges, click Find a Store Near You for a school supply store in your area.
Does CTP offer express delivery?
Yes. CTP offers the following:
- Expedited: U.S. Only. 5-7 business days for delivery.
- 2nd Day: Continental U.S. only. Order must be received before 11 a.m. Monday-Friday delivery. (E.g. if an order is placed on Friday, you will receive it Tuesday.)
- Next Day: Continental U.S. only: Order must be placed before 11 a.m. Monday-Friday delivery. (E.g. if an order is placed on Friday, you will receive it Monday.)
What is your guarantee?
OUR GUARANTEE:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully pleased with any product you purchased from Creative Teaching Press, please notify us within 30 days, and we will replace your merchandise or refund your money, less shipping and handling.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Enclose the original packing slip
- Fill out and return the blue Return Form included with your order in your return package.

How do I return merchandise?
Your can call CTP at 800-289-8879/+1-714-895-5047 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Or you can simply fill out the blue Return Form included with your order and return it with your package. Please note: Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
What if I receive a damaged package or defective/missing items*?
Call Customer Service at (800) 287-2279/+1-714-895-5047, Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PT. Please have your packing slip available.
*Tip: If possible, sign for the package as “damaged upon receipt” from the courier.
