Jo Fitzpatrick has been teaching for more than 35 years in Title 1 schools in California and is a popular presenter, providing workshops on literacy development. She has served as an instructional consultant and has been a literacy coach for the past seven years. She brings difficult concepts down to the concrete level and creates activities that promote better understanding and application.
